Let me start by saying that we rented this property to celebrate our Sister 40th Birthday . Having family member coming from New York, choosing Florida Tropical Rentals LLC was our best choice. One of the best parts of this house is that they have everything you need to make sure your friends and families have fun. Baby high chair ?? ?? ?? We spent a week in Mike’s Lighthouse Point home and it was perfect in every way. The house is very close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores and offers a stunning view of the water. The home was appointed with great amenities like a full bar for the adults, anything you could need for the pool/beach, and lots of toys and baby gear for the kiddos. Mike was a welcoming host and was really quick to answer any questions or offer help. We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely love this place. My wife and I fell in love with how awesome, clean and relaxing Palm Square was. We came here for 2 days on a random weekday trip. The kitchen and back porch BBQ was perfect for an in-house meal! I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay! Thank you so much Tropical Florida Rentals and to you Mike for your wonderful efforts to make this an awesome stay for us. I couldn't have chosen a better getaway.

My wife brought me to Coral Way for a Birthday getaway. Very quiet and peaceful. We have found a new place to call home away from home when we just want to escape! It was a 5-minute easy walk to the ocean. Stay here and You won't be disappointed! Mike was more than courteous and helped make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Check in and checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend staying at Tropical Florida rentals anytime throughout the year and we will be back hopefully soon!

Seabreeze Oasis is a perfect getaway. The house was super cozy and welcoming. Check-in was easy and friendly. Always clean and charming, with a plenty of activities for family and friends. It has been a really wonderful trip that met all our expectations. The first time we saw the house everything ran smoothly and efficiently and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of places to walk, nice and quiet even a brand new BBQ grill waiting for us to use! We will definitely come back to Mike and Topical Florida Rentals. We can't wait ... read more

My family and I stayed at Seabreeze Oasis and we cannot say enough about what a great experience it was to stay here! Location - can't be beaten. It is just a half mile south of the famous corner of Las Olas Blvd and A1A. The owner, Mike, could not be nicer, and he made everything about our stay easy for us. We had an issue with the dishwasher and **** had maintenance there in 15 minutes. Promise Land had everything for a good trip. The amenities exceeded our expectations and **** made sure we had everything we needed and more. He was very responsive to any need or concern. There were plenty of beach towels and mats and even had pool toys for the kids. Thank you **** G. and Tropical Florida Rentals for making our stay so easy and memorable!
