The rep Susie was so helpful with the entire process of choosing the flooring for our house. It can be overwhelming finding which flooring to choose but she was very informative and made it easy for us to make a great and confident decision on flooring.
I was shopping for floorings in El Monte area. Tropical is my first stop. They had great selections and high quality products. Staff are friendly. Susie helped me to find what I need. She is very nice and patient and ready to answer all questions. One of their big plus is they deliver for free. All other places I visited either don’t provide delivery or charge a fee. I for sure will recommend Tropical to all my friends and family.
I needed a reducer and in a few minutes I was in and out , with more than I needed at a low cost price
Susie was super helpful and really nice. Got everything we needed. Ken was also very friendly and helped us out. Will be returning for future projects !
I had a great experience with Tropical Floor. I chose engineered wood for my new home. After installing, it looks beautiful and durable. The staff are very patient in answering my questions before purchasing the flooring. Good price and it's worth every penny.
