Today was my first time at this branch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One employee in particular, Carla Couto, went out of her way to make me feel welcomed, offered exemplary service, and had a wonderful attitude. All banks need to strive to have their staff be as professional as she was.

I want to thank Mr. Michael Castro for his hard work and help in resolving an issue. I also stayed later in the day to make sure that the issue was resolved. I have written a letter on his behalf and am sending it to his bosses
Everyone was so helpful at this location especially micheal taking time from his day to help me figure out my fraud on my card and helping me call and locate the situation. So thankful for micheal!!!! He’s the best.
Keston was an absolute lifesaver ! I has major issues (that wasn’t TFCU fault) & Mr Keaton took his time to help, i mena above & beyond ! I’m so grateful for him. Bless you Keston ! Big time !!
