They used me as a cash cow. I wonder how many other people they have ripped off. The owner was supposed to come and fix a geothermal installation sent and paid for by ECR, Earthlinked. He charged me $2000 to put in gauges and did not bring the system up to the manufacturers specs. He was killing my system prematurely. I have proof. He's criminal. If you don't know your system, you are probably a cash cow too!
What a rip off. Told them exactly what I needed and they showed up with nothing at all. Spent a long time looking at everything but the one thing I told them to look at. Little did I know they were running up the clock. And they brought two people to do nothing. So I got a big bill to look at my system. I wish I had timed them because I'm fairly sure they over billed the time they were there. Oh and they bill for driving to your house as a heads up.
