Great staff, Nelson took his time to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into starting the work. They did a great job with the ducts, showed up on time (or notified me promptly of any delay), completed some of the requests I had, and gave me a good price. One thing I would suggest is that more information about the unit should be given to me before the install (it was previously registered by someone else). Overall 5 stars and we are happy with our new AC system 👍🏼 would recommend!
