I would give this place 5 stars but the lines are way too long. The product is good but going to get a snowcone and waiting in line for 20 to 30 minutes is ridiculous. It's time for the owners to do something to reduce the line like open a second window or have a window that is quick serve for all the people who only need 2 snowcones or less. Waiting behind multiple people ordering 4 to 6 snowcones at a time takes forever! Spending money here has become a chore.
Awesome place, delish snowcones, real nice lady working the window.
