UPDATE. STILL waiting on spa. Finally got the motor we requested last Wednesday but it wasn’t’t sent with the cord. Service dept stated that they requested overnight deliver for the cord and hoped to deliver Monday. Here it is Monday. My husband called and they don’t know where the cord is. If the spa isn’t here by Friday this order will be cancelled as breach of contract and I will inform EVERYONE that I know to avoid this company.
