My experience at the salon was really horrible. I normally have patience for anyone doing my hair because I have kinky hair. I asked for a wash and blowout. Eva who is the salon owner did my hair and was ripping out my hair from my head. She did not finish detangling my hair and putting enough spray for it to be easy for her to brush through. I let the hairstylist know that I wanted a chocolate light brown color. I explained a few months ago I did highlights and I covered them with brown color. She understood and we picked a color that could show in my hair. The color we picked didnt stick at all. She kept telling me its bc the dyed i got a few months ago to cover my highlights affected it and that's why the color didnt show.
