If you are looking for a reliable air conditioning/heating company, Edward is your guy. We have been using him for over 10 years for maintenance and he also installed a new unit. He always answers the phone. If he doesn’t answer, he is fast to respond. Yesterday we woke up to a leaky ceiling from the A/C and he was here by the afternoon. I have been using Tropical A/C and Heat for about 2 years now. We have an old system that we inherited so we're trying to keep it running as long as possible. Edward (both of them) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. There have been here very quickly every time I have needed them and have provided great service. Highly recommended.
