Our furnace went out in early February. We called Blind and Sons originally. I called them around 9:00 am. After being jerked around for about 15 minutes by their answering system I finally spoke to a human. The lady that I spoke to promised me that someone would come out and get my furnace working that day, even if it was after 5:00 pm. I waited all day and no one ever came or called. My husband and I have had them out three times for both furnace and ac and they have been prompt, friendly and wonderful everytime. Will be the only company we use in the future

I cannot recommend this company enough! They did an outstanding job installing my new furnace, and when a faulty part acted up afterward, they came back twice without hesitation to make it right. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done correctly really set them apart. Highly impressed and grateful for their service! Thank you guys!

This may sound like a repeat, but I have to add to the great reviews that Tropic Air already has. Dennis and Christopher came out and installed our new furnace, they were on time, they were professional, instructional, and my wife’s favorite, they cleaned as they installed. Dennis and Christopher were meticulous at installing our new furnace. I agree, “look no further,” you’ve found the heating and cooling company for your needs.

The service provided by this company was exceptional! Our furnace stopped working suddenly this winter and Dennis showed urgency in helping us to heat our home. He loaned us space heaters and was able to adjust his schedule in order to accommodate completing our job in a timely manner. He and Christopher were kind and respectful of our home as they worked. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Would highly recommend this company!!!!
