I cannot recommend this company enough! They did an outstanding job installing my new furnace, and when a faulty part acted up afterward, they came back twice without hesitation to make it right. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the job done correctly really set them apart. Highly impressed and grateful for their service! Thank you guys!
This may sound like a repeat, but I have to add to the great reviews that Tropic Air already has. Dennis and Christopher came out and installed our new furnace, they were on time, they were professional, instructional, and my wife’s favorite, they cleaned as they installed. Dennis and Christopher were meticulous at installing our new furnace. I agree, “look no further,” you’ve found the heating and cooling company for your needs.
After calling at least 10 other businesses on a Saturday for no heat, Dennis answered the call and was at my house within the hour. He was the most reasonably priced, and taught me how to properly clean my flame sensor in the process. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs.
The service provided by this company was exceptional! Our furnace stopped working suddenly this winter and Dennis showed urgency in helping us to heat our home. He loaned us space heaters and was able to adjust his schedule in order to accommodate completing our job in a timely manner. He and Christopher were kind and respectful of our home as they worked. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Would highly recommend this company!!!!
Dennis was on time and willing to help us out when we were in a bad situation. Great pricing, great customer service, and just all around wonderful! Our new furnace works wonderfully and at a great price. Was installed quickly within 2 and half hours. Quick and clean!
