So, I attempted to by a folding motorcycle trailer. They have 2 used ones in stock and no new, the used ones are still priced pretty high. I explained I was getting ready for a substantial trip. When I questioned the tire condition I was told they were like new. Four years old is not like new. In fact 3-4 years of no use is not good for tires, especially starting out a 1800 mile trip. The worst company ever! Been trying to purchase a custom trailer since the beginning of January. Lack problem solving skills and communications. Time Line: Initial contact with Gary was the 3rd or 4th of January, we spoke and went over all the options that I wanted for my custom enclosed trailer, to include AC unit, 50 amp service, windows, ramp, etc. etc. Received drawings back almost 2 weeks later on 1/25 which were all wrong. He told me that Forest River "the Manufacture" had their computer system go down for 10 day... read more
