Picked up a motor today. I usually do my business at T2, but today I was in the Dania area and stopped at T4.. I have to say the guy behind the counter, Alex was really helpful. Nice attitude …Not only did he have the motor, but he explained the Programming of the X13 motor. Excellent customer service.. I believe he was the manager.
Great group of guys there. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. If you need a great supply store this is it. From the managers Randy and Alex to the counter with Xavier are all top notch. Tropic Supply is a great distributor and these guys are a great example of their commitment to superior customer service to their customers.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products very friendly at the counter all the guy's are great!! Love the new management.
