This used to be my favorite tanning spot of GC. Actually I have been coming off and on for the last 11 years now... but now barley any of the beds are working and the wait time can be long because of it. I went into a bed last night that The face bulbs and 3 other bulbs were out �. On a positive note all the girls that are working the front desk are very friendly and kind and have great knowledge of the products..

Really sad to hear this! Unfortunately last week we had 2 of our beds acrylics crack because customers mishandled them. They will both be replaced this week. We are glad that our employees have treated you well.
Funny my husband got banned for complaints about how bad the place is now . When everything he said is on the reviews. Good thing GOLDEN is opening again this week. That's how loyal customers are treated. BRING ON THE JACK TAN!!

The reason your review got that response is because we understand the frustrations about the salon sometimes, but your remarks were unwarranted and now untrue. You weren’t part of their family. Poorly run. Always closed with problems, no tanning lotions in stock. Only 3 beds that work. Owner clearly doesn't care. Only good thing to say is girls are friendly . So disappointed.

However, we did very recently get a new lotion order, we usually have 5 beds running including stand up (2 are down right now because customers broke the acrylics), and we are so glad you love our employees. Wow this place has become a shithole! I’ve been coming here well over 20 years and Jack always took care of the place. Now it’s dirty, many beds out or lights out. Monster bed has NO acrylic over the top lights which is very very dangerous. There are signs all over stating if you break the acrylic you buy it even though the remaining bed acrylics look as if they are about to go with a little pressure. I don’t know what happened to this place. Half their beds are broken down. They have about four that work but have several bulbs out. The monster bed is the only good bed but it has no glass over the bulbs.
I don't know what's going on but I've been coming to this place for at least 15 years, and half the beds are not even in working order and the other half are so old and broke down, it's making me nervous to even get into a bed anymore, afraid they are gonna catch fire, it's sad to see this place so run down, I used to love it but I may need to start finding a new place to go... even the baseboards are nasty

I was surprised you were open today, considering your parking lot wasn't plowed for the customers. I got stuck coming in off of Dover, and I had difficulty even getting to the exit when I tried to to leave.
I have been tanning here off and on for years, and have always been very happy with the friendly staff. However I am not sure what's going on with the owner but he needs to do some maintenance, the first one being turn the heat on, customers don't like laying on freezing beds and there's no reason for employees to need blankets and space heaters to stay warm. Very disappointed
