Tropical Star does the lawn maintenance at the building where I work and they put a scratch on my car with their leaf blower. Today I'm going to watch from the 4th floor window at my building and video them and if it happens again I'll be filing an insurance claim.
I live in a community and we’ve been having issues between the the lawn crew and our residents. We are required to have a minimum of 36” of clearance for our back yard to be cut. I have a 12’ gate and there is over 4’ of space throughout the yard so they can maneuver the mower. Another community resident confirmed that the yards were being cut (in his case they cut it with the weed eaters). Therefore, when my yard was not being cut I stopped the lawn crew and asked him why.
