Asia, the property manager, is phenomenal. Looking for a new home is stressful and anxiety provoking, at least for me, and Asia was there with me every step of the way. I chose to live here in large part due to Asia’s presence and energy. It’s important to have a property manager who cares about their residents and the building. Great views of the bay! I saw a waterfront unit and it was amazing! Very nice building and staff was great! Spacious layout. Dates didn’t work out for me but I wish it did! I like how it is on the sleepy end of the shoreline drive less hustle and bustle. Bird sanctuary across the street and the birds dance in the sky! Just beautiful!
Sweet location across from the beach and bird sanctuary. Well maintained building with all the amenities we need. Quiet friendly ambiance. We love it here.
