I would be remiss if I did not take time to write a review after living at Tropic Sands now for just over one year. I must start by giving a rating. I would give more if I could. I moved after being at a place on the West End of Alameda for 17 years that never felt like home. I dreamt of living across from the beach one day after raising my daughter and having her set up for success to move out on her own. Asia, the property manager, is phenomenal. Looking for a new home is stressful and anxiety provoking, at least for me, and Asia was there with me every step of the way. I chose to live here in large part due to Asia’s presence and energy. It’s important to have a property manager who cares about their residents and the building. I have lived here for a week, and have enjoyed the quiet, the proximity to the ocean. If you want personable, communicative and effective property manager , this is the place for you. Great views of the bay! I saw a waterfront unit and it was amazing! Very nice building and staff was great! Spacious layout. Dates didn’t work out for me but I wish it did! I like how it is on the sleepy end of the shoreline drive less hustle and bustle. Bird sanctuary across the street and the birds dance in the sky! Just beautiful!
