From the day we applied, to the day we moved out, the care and customer service we received was incredible. Asia at the front desk always took care of all our needs. The apartments were very clean, spacious and felt like home, always. The facility is very well kept from the outdoors to the pool.
Wonderful place to live - lovely units, on the beach, with a great pool and clubhouse. The manager, Asia Hawkins, is amazing. Warm, cordial, exceptionally helpful on every imaginable issue. Always goes the extra mile to make living here great - decorating for holidays, holding parties for us. Love it here.
Asia, the property manager, is phenomenal. Looking for a new home is stressful and anxiety provoking, at least for me, and Asia was there with me every step of the way. I chose to live here in large part due to Asia’s presence and energy. It’s important to have a property manager who cares about their residents and the building. I have lived here for a week, and have enjoyed the quiet, the proximity to the ocean. If you want personable, communicative and effective property manager , this is the place for you. I had a tour of the Tropic Sands apartments yesterday, and I have never seen a most beautiful phenomenal complex ever before run by an elite professional manager Ms. Hawkins. Wow I thought I was dreaming about paradise. Bravo Ms. Hawkins. Sincerely Mark
