I had a tour of the Tropic Sands apartments yesterday, and I have never seen a most beautiful phenomenal complex ever before run by an elite professional manager Ms. Hawkins. Wow I thought I was dreaming about paradise. Bravo Ms. Hawkins. Sincerely Mark
I would be remiss if I did not take time to write a review after living at Tropic Sands now for just over one year. I must start by giving a rating. I would give more if I could. I moved after being at a place on the West End of Alameda for 17 years that never felt like home. I dreamt of living across from the beach one day after raising my daughter and having her set up for success to move out on her own. Asia, the property manager, is phenomenal. Looking for a new home is stressful and anxiety provoking, at least for me, and Asia was there with me every step of the way. I chose to live here in large part due to Asia’s presence and energy. It’s important to have a property manager who cares about their residents and the building. I have lived here for a week, and have enjoyed the quiet, the proximity to the ocean. If you want personable, communicative and effective property manager , this is the place for you.
