The owner is not flexible at all, he is a person who does not even give an opportunity to rent a place, they ask you for many things and review all your personal information so that in the end he told us NO, from the beginning he should say that he only rents to specific people . My best friend lives there! Really loves it. Quiet and older people live here.
We had an enjoyable experience here. Everyones nice and keeps to themselves. No wierd activities where we had a spot. Great place if your able to get lucky enough to get an available spot. Our fence was an eyesore but we made the best of it. The owner at first didn't want to rent a spot to us even though our credit was an acceptable number but just had high usage.
