I want to sincerely thank Mike for his outstanding professionalism, kindness and exceptional customer service. I needed to find flooring for my bedroom to match the floor that I already have in the rest of the house and Mike help me to find a tile that match perfectly. I am very happy with the results. The process was very smooth and quick. I highly recommend Mike and Tropic Floors for all your floors needs.
Having carpet in our rooms and suffering from allergies, we decided to upgrade to tile. At the recommendation of a family member, we decided to stop by the store. Once there, Mike greeted us very kindly and helped us choose the best option for us. He was always attentive to us throughout the entire process. His very friendly and respectful employees did an excellent job. If you're interested in replacing your flooring, I recommend Tropic Floors 100%. You won't regret it. Michael great to deal with. James, the wood guy and his crew were timely, worked diligently until job was finished. Very nice respectable guys. Carpet guys jay and jeff great too. They all did everything that was asked of them and I'm picky!! Would highly recommend tropic. Third time using Tropic Floors. Had carpet installed this time. Guys were respectful of my house and floors. Looked very good. They vacuumed, left the room in clean shape

In dealing with Mike in the showroom to purchase laminate flooring, his knowledge persuaded me to purchase the product, we ordered flooring last Monday, it was delivered and installed on Friday.
