Car accident in tunnel. Our car somehow got jammed in the automatic conveyor. Another car (also on the conveyor) ran right into us as a result. Hubcap damage (from conveyor), bumper damage (from car hitting us) and trim damage (fell off entirely!). Would have been fine if they took care of us. Nope! Gainesville: if you ever use the services of the car wash on Archer Rd., be aware that the place is nothing like it used to be!!! they are under new management, new car wash machines....same prices, but they DO NOT vacumm or clean your car inside at all. You have to do it yourself!! I thought the reason to go to a car wash is so you don't have to do it yourself!!!! So at least they should have the option of full service for those who prefer full service, who are in a hurry or those who may be physically unable to do it... read more
