I have to say I am usually very pleased with your service but was disappointed this time. When I came in for an oil change the gentleman that first greeted me talked for a minute about what I needed and what I had done the previous time and I had gotten the extra synthetic package for 10,000 miles and I asked what the mileage was previously because the sticker on my window said it was time but I really didn’t think it had been the 10,00.
