Love the convenience of this car wash, not to mention how clean and maintained. The owners care about service, it is obvious. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies and the BEST vacuum anywhere. Thank you!!
Lived in BWB a long time and have used this car wash a lot over the years—-however, today; August 28th, had the worst experience with them and they told me that they have new owners—I did the 13$ car wash and there’s no soap and no blower to dry your car off. I asked for a manager, and the young girl said I’m the manager—I explained the situation and she told me, “You get what you pay for”. Just unbelievable terrible service and the most horrific customer service I’ve ever delt with. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I paid for just a basic wash because there was rain in the forecast. As you can see from their website, a rinse is included in that wash. I drove through, my car got soap but zero rinse. My car was covered in soap as I exited. When I approached the workers regarding it, they implied that because I only got the basic wash, a rinse was not included. I have messaged corporate to see about a refund and am awaiting a response. Anyway, Take 5 will not get another penny of my money. I work in Destin and will just use the car washes... read more
