I use to enjoy using this car wash but sadly no more. Today I went through this car wash with NO WATER. It scratched severely. I spoke with the. staff there and the only option they offered was to buy and more expensive car wash plan! This is terrible. Sadly this seems to be common customer service with all of the car washes in this area. So buyer please beware. They are certainly not concerned about your customer experience. Brandon and AJ were so helpful! The car wash was amazing, and they were so fast to help with the right cleaners and towels!
I just relocated from North Carolina using another car wash company and was ecstatic when I found take five car wash! Brandon helped me get my monthly membership set up and was so friendly and very tentative explaining all the benefits. I look forward to using my membership! Thank you so much!
