The people at Take Five Car Wash are always super nice and friendly, I’ll give them that , but seriously… they are never open at the right time. You plan to go, you get there, and it’s closed… every single time. It’s super frustrating because the staff are great, but it’s impossible to actually use the place when you need it.
Love this car wash! The whole staff is so nice, but Brandon really takes care of us! The premium membership is worth the price.
I have a subscription to this carwash, it does its job! The only thing I wish was better was the dryer & some of the vacuums don’t work all the time. Brandon is my favorite employee here- he always makes sure to greet you with a smile and gives amazing customer service!!
Only thing good about this place is the detail section. The absolute worst “basic” wash I’ve ever had. Severely overpriced and ineffective. Expressed my concern to the “manager” and her response was “well you got the basic wash” okay… paid $13 dollars for the car to not be cleaned at all. Would NOT recommend
