AC went out this evening and I called them to come and check it out. The service technician C.J. was very nice and informative about what he was doing . I would call them again when I need AC service.

I have been with Tropic Aire for the last year, recommended by all the other homeowners in my family who also have their service plan. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Junior came out today and did a complete lookover for my unit, even climbing through the attic to make sure there were no leaks. He was very friendly!
Love this company! They came out to install a required spotlight for a porch renovation so they were through another company. Brandon was amazing! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will use them again and highly recommend them!
