Should send your drivers back to driving school before you give them a company truck! definitely never using this business!
I called TROPIC Aire last week , my heater stopped working. (my home was in the 6o"s) They had some one out within a couple of hours. Very professional tech took time to locate the problem. He had the tools and parts on his truck and within about an hour had my heater running again. Can't thank them enough. Have to give 5 Stars to Tropic Aire. (saved this senior citizen)
This company is the only one I will use for my A/C from now on. I had received an estimate from another company that was not only thousands of dollars but would have required drilling through my metal roof. I received a recommendation from a wonderful local builder to call Tropical Aire. C.J. came to the house, found the real problem, and within the week the unit was up and running. I highly recommend this company. They saved me thousands of dollars and were a pleasure to work with.
