We contacted Tropic Air since our furnace stopped working late last week. Of note, we had dealt with Tropic Air a few years ago when our AC stopped working and were very satisfied with the service provided. I again asked that Loren be dispatched to our house and he didn't disappoint. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. Would highly recommend this company for their service.

As a single mom, I found Loren to be professional, honest and caring of my situation - in my experience, he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my daughter and I did not go without. Unfortunately, that is not very common nowadays. He has not only proven to be a good business man, but a great human. I have and would recommend Tropic Air and Loren again in a heart beat.
