We started having issues Thursday evening. By Friday morning we knew something was wrong with our AC. O reached out to my neighbor and she recommeded them. I called them that morning and they were there in less than an hour. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and I'm in my sweats and hoodie today. We have a family friend who also services ACs so to feel comfortable with a new tech, was great! Thanks again.
I watched a driver for this company bust an illegal uturn in the middle of a two lane road with an improperly seated box in the back of the truck hanging off. About a half mile down the road, the truck driver is speeding down davis in Arlington and the box dismounts, falls into the road spilling debris everywhere. Creating an absolute road hazard for all. I'm guessing safety is not taken seriously at this company.
The guys at Tropic Air and Heat replaced my parent’s air conditioning unit and they have been pleased with every bit of the installation process. They provided excellent customer service and beat a handful of other bids they received. Some companies tried taking advantage of my parents of upselling them on things the house did not need. Tropic Air was honest and upfront about what was needed and the pricing. My dad was stressed about the process of having to get a new AC but they made the process easy and seamless!
So during the coldest two days of the year my heat went out. Called a competitor, told me $6k to fix. My unit is only 10 years old. Called TROPIC that evening. They were here first thing in the morning. Two very professional young men. Told them the exact same thing I told the competitor. TROPIC checked my system and within about 2 hours they had the problem resolved, heat on, and my bill was about $250. THANK YOU TROPIC AIR & HEAT FOR YOUR INTEGRITY AND FAIR DEALING!
Aaron and Josh were and are always the best techs the company sends and the service is always stellar. You all need more of these guys and tell Mike thanks as well although he moved on to another state. You guys rock!!! Thank you sooooooo much😊
