We had Tropic Air and Heat come out to Hudson's Family Barber Shop and repair a burst copper pipe on our AC system. Other companies were just want to replace the unit for $8000+. Bob's team from Tropic came out and said it could be repaired for less than $1000. That helps us keep money in our business and got us up and running in a day. Thank you!

Tropic Air was the AC sub through JHF Const. & Firm 817 being lauded as the best experts. Tropic Air put in a LG split 5ton outdoor unit and a 2 ton & 1.5 ton handlers for 1405 s/f downstairs area that was foamed and high energy windows. I've had problems day one with humidity. I now understand this was way overkill. Paid a tremendous amount of money for their specified LG system that they wanted to oversize to get the most $$$$. They ARE NOT EXPERTS AND THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL based on my experience with them.

My minisplit had a leaking evaporator coil in the head and was not functioning. I called a few companies, including Tropic Air & Heat. I did not actually end up working with them, so take this review with a grain of salt, however, they did a free look at my minisplit and seemed easy to work with. I ended up going another route, but this company made a good quote for repair and did attempt to find a replacement head entirely.
