My AC was not operating. Both compressor and AH were not operating. After a period of troubleshooting including a check of the thermost the tech decided the thermosat was bad. He then told me the price of a new unit was $425 but if that is what it is what choice do I have. So he removed the old unit and installed the new unit which was a TuTToKool TK-721.
