No efficiency on customer support. Good Luck trying to get warranty to fix something. It could take months. Truly sad and disappointed this has been my experience.
Stephanie our sales person was very easy to work with. Pricing was aggressive. The house builder was Jeff Malroney. Jeff was excellent. Jeff really cared to help us understand the house and went over and above after the sale. I highly recommend our community and especially Jeff Malroney as the builder.
I regret choosing Trophy Homes as my builder. I reached out to corporate during the homebuying process and never received a return call, an apology, or any acknowledgment of my concerns. That alone was disappointing, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning. The entire homebuying process was frustrating—they didn’t honor what was communicated to my realtor, and when issues came up, they failed to follow through on their word. Working with Trophy was one of the most disappointing & exhausting experiences we've had. We signed our purchase contract, secured financing with their preferred lender, paid for appraisal & inspection...staying committed to the purchase. We ultimately were unable to close due to internal issues with my pending transfer (outside of my control) resulting in the lender not being able to verify my employment.
