Beware!! They like to find ways to void warranty and or refuse warranty service. They were responsive until after I completed the 6 month survey. The building manager texted/repeatedly about the survey but seems to go Mia on warranty request. Do not buy with them unless you have the means to fix problems yourself.
Buyer beware!! Trophy Signature homes has stopped including foundation drip lines around their foundation and now only offer at 6 year foundation warranty instead of 10 year warranty!!!
Extremely unprofessional. They are messy and don’t take care of home owners after moving in
No efficiency on customer support. Good Luck trying to get warranty to fix something. It could take months. Truly sad and disappointed this has been my experience.
