Terrible communication. They would never answer the phone and would only respond when I was forced to send a dirty email to them. Then blamed everyone else for their poor communication. Thank goodness for the lender for communicaton. The paperwork was also done incorrectly delaying the closing and of course blamed other and would never take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and use a different title company.
