I was a customer for 4+ years with zero complaints before the new owner took over. So, I went elsewhere then took a break from getting Dip, until recently when I was gifted a pedi with dip nails before a trip. Then went back in a month later to get a fill before my next business trip, and its super close to my house so figured why not. I walked in on Sunday afternoon, the owner told me wait was 15 mins.
