Amazing gym with an amazing staff. While smaller than most gyms, they have pretty much everything you need from cardio to weights to a sauna. The complimentary towel service is also a huge plus. The friendly culture of the staff bleeds in to the friendly culture of the gym goers; everyone is super nice and willing to work in with you if you need a machine. Would definitely recommend if you are in the uptown area and need a full sized gym.
Trophy Fitness is a great place to workout in Dallas and Ash and the team are very welcoming and make the place feel like home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to workout out in Dallas.
By far one of the nicest gyms I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is very friendly, facility is always clean and well managed, great music, and has a plethora of functional training equipment. The locker room/shower is always stocked with plenty of towels and other hygiene products. The sauna is actually kept at the recommend 180 degrees which is awesome to see! I would highly recommend this gym!
I’ve gone to this gym for years. I like the culture, equipment, cleanliness, and staff. It’s a small gym but I never struggled to find equipment and accomplish my workout. Great gym
