I switched to Trophy about 2 years ago and have not regretted it. All of the staff is super friendly and makes the gym a truly inclusive environment. No matter what time of day, I can come in and get a workout in without having to wait for machines because of the variety Trophy offers. I highly recommend Trophy to anyone in the Dallas area!

I’ve been training with Trophy for three years. Every one of their personal trainers are great: knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. My personal favorites are Marc and Gina. The front desk staff’s warmth and encouragement are the perfect antidote for any dread you feel about the going for a hard workout.
