I’ve been seeing Elizabeth at Tropez for a couple months now , and she never fails to amaze me! She took my hair from a gorgeous blonde to a stunning strawberry blonde, and I’m absolutely obsessed. The color, the shine—beyond perfect! She genuinely cares about her clients and i couldn’t recommend her more!
