I am thrilled with my experience at Trooth and Smiles Dental. Service is excellent. Doctors and supporting staff are extraordinarily kind, friendly and they have provided me with superior dental care. This dental office and service is a 10 out of 10. I recommend Trooth and Smiles 100%.
I do not recommend this place for many reasons. They are super nice to you when everything is going well but if you bring up any concern they treat you like you’re a problem and are very quick to dismiss you. Management is unethical. Do not be fooled by the fakes smiles like i was. None of the staff seems to last here, from the associate dentists to the front desk staff. They overbook the schedule and understaff to the point where you will need multiple trips to complete a simple cleaning and some fillings. They are unable t... read more

They are super nice to you when everything is going well but if you bring up any concern they treat you like you’re a problem and are very quick to dismiss you. Management is unethical. This dental office started off as a nice family owned, pleasant local dentist office. They even had Saturday appointments unlike other offices that make you take time off work to go to the dentist. Over the last few years I’ve seen it deteriorate into a cold, understaffed practice overseen by a rude and condescending owner. I’ve had appointments cancelled last minute multiple times, I’ve had times where I’m receiving treatment and then the owners friends show up and she has kids running around in the office and room while sh... read more
