Hate to say Denrick Coldcuts just lost a client and I doubt he even cares. The disrespect today is why I won’t ever come here again. I looked at his schedule and said opening at 2:15pm, he knows I drive from the woodlands which is an hour drive. I booked the appointment showed up on time and he inside cutting a client hair with the door locked. He should have never had on his schedule openings for the day if he wasn’t cutting anymore heads.
