No complaints, very happy with this service. I've used Troost snowplowing since 2014. Adam has reliably shown up to clear my driveway each winter. Whenever I've had a question, they've gotten back to me within a reasonable time frame.

While I don't know a whole lot about Adam Troost who will be doing your snow plowing, I can speak with dealing with his wife who handles customer service. There is no customer service when dealing with Mrs. Troost. She is rude, sarcastic and yells at you. She doesn't identify herself or why she is calling when she will just start going off on the phone. She will make promises and then ignore the situation. She will answer the phone and when you say hello, she hangs up cause she doesn't want to deal with the problem. The only... read more

Just reading reviews on companies because my company snowplows as well. I just feel some people need to be a little nicer to snowplow companies in storm situations. My company comes once per 24 hrs so that we can service all our clients and it's difficult when you get those customers who call every 4 hrs to be cleared again. Sounds like these guys plow at night like most companies and maybe the owner or employees need to get some sleep before they can safely function and operate the big equipment again, especially since your... read more
