No complaints, very happy with this service. I've used Troost snowplowing since 2014. Adam has reliably shown up to clear my driveway each winter. Whenever I've had a question, they've gotten back to me within a reasonable time frame.

While I don't know a whole lot about Adam Troost who will be doing your snow plowing, I can speak with dealing with his wife who handles customer service. There is no customer service when dealing with Mrs. Troost. She is rude, sarcastic and yells at you. She doesn't identify herself or why she is calling when she will just start going off on the phone. She will make promises and then ignore the situation.
