Had good dealings with Albert no issues but was told it could be picked up by my transport that I had arranged on the Monday after - this was no problem apparently. Monday came around and my transport arrived to find bike not ready. I wasn't informed that it wouldn't be ready so missed the slot my transport had set aside. Transport had to charge me extra because of the double pickup cost. Tried to contact Trooper Lu to see if they could reimburse me for the extra cost but no response. Won't be using again.
