We recently switched to Dr. Troop from another vet. I cannot thank him and the staff enough for the care they have given our animals. He was even willing to meet us on a Sunday evening when we knew our cat would not make it much longer. Not many will go above and beyond like that! We miss our kitty, but appreciate the kindness from this vet.
The care & service provided by Dr Troop and his staff is outstanding. I highly recommend them. Always professional, knowledgable, helpful and genuinely caring towards the animals and owners entrusted to their care. I am grateful a coworker recommended Dr. Troop when I moved here, he is the best!
Been with Dr. Troop since he occupied the office by the Williamson County Airport. Never had a Veterinarian that cares for his patients even close to what Dr. Troop and his Staff. Best you can ever hope to get!! Thanks for all that you do! Andy & Bonnie
We love Dr Troop and think he's the best vet ever! My hubby and I are crazy, over protective parents of our two beloved fur babies and Dr Troop takes excellent care of the girls and puts up with me and my hubby. He always listens and cares! His office staff is so nice too!
A very excellent and caring vet. Wouldn't go anywhere else, Dr. Troop treats each dog or cat as if they were his own.
Dr. Troop is amazing! He truly cares about each animal he cares for. We almost lost our dog to a surgery at a different clinic. Dr. Troop was very aggressive in treatment and was able to heal him with a few overnight stays in office. He was also able to correct an eye issue first try after two other surgeries were unsuccessful! Then, we found what we thought was cancer in the eye and he was so proactive in removing the questionable area, sending it off to pathology, and contacting a veterinary ophthalmologist and oncologist ... read more
