Horrible I've live in my townhome three years and never one problem then my landlord hires this company Sarah is the rudest person ever she constantly harrases me over rent that is not due till the first she constantly threatens with eviction this person is the only reason I'm moving out I've never been late with rent once she is very direspectfull and I'm no longer comfortable at this house the worst property manager in Ventura county she has caused my landlord to not have tenants at all she has done more damage than good s... read more
