Cannot understand the other reviews here but guess we are all entitled to our personal perspective. Trono was there for us when we needed an urgent delivery in the middle of a bitterly freezing cold snap, our old delivery supplier suddenly went defunct, and no one else was able to help. Since then they have been nothing less than pleasant, fair, and professional in all their interactions with me or my partner.
A "fuel" location that doesn't sell #2…
Great long term (10+ yrs) experience with Trono Fuels. I've ordered heating oil from them for many years. Has always gone smoothly. And when -they- called -me- with a concern about my boiler, based on the change in consumption, I was very impressed. They were correct. It wasn't heating properly, on the coldest day of the year. Then they had someone out to fix it the same day. Thanks Luke, thanks Trono fuels. Saved me. Great job, as always. -Mike
