Great service they gave us! We were very pleased with Lesly, JJ, and the tech guy. They helped us with our car problems and the rental. Thank you so much Troncalli Subaru Team our family really appreciated your hard work.
Rude guy here did not acknowledge me when I stood in front of him, he was sitting at the front desk. I told him I am here for a part I ordered online—he just pointed to this other guy at the front desk . I will say, the part came very fast since I ordered it last night—and within very early the next morning it was there for pickup.
Ordered a part late in the afternoon. Shipped out the following day and I had it the next day.
All staff were extremely helpful!!
