The service guy did a great job, and they did it quickly as needed but it would have been nice to have had at least the red dots removed. I can understand they didn’t get to clean them.

If there was a 10 star review they would have gotten it. I thank everyone one who helped me pick out my new car. The whole process from testing out the car to purchasing it went smooth.I was in an and out in couple hours with a new car.Matt did a fantastic job selling me a car . I will definitely bring my business back to Troncalli in the future because of how I was treated thanks to all the people at Troncalli you guys are awesome 😎
worst service experience i have ever had
Spence was great. He kept me in the loop regarding the needed parts and was very empathetic. He made and very difficult situation easier to understand.
