The service guy did a great job, and they did it quickly as needed but it would have been nice to have had at least the red dots removed. I can understand they didn’t get to clean them.
i've had great experiences in the past especially when I work directly with Chris. Most recently I took my Jeep in to address a clutch recall. When I picked up the Jeep, couple things to note: 1. The clutch was getting stuck downshifting from 3rd to 2nd. I returned it after the weekend and it was resolved in less than 30min. Fantastic! 2. When I picked up the Jeep the first time, I was charged $35 for a tire rotation. If there was a 10 star review they would have gotten it. I thank everyone one who helped me pick out my new car. The whole process from testing out the car to purchasing it went smooth.I was in an and out in couple hours with a new car.Matt did a fantastic job selling me a car . I will definitely bring my business back to Troncalli in the future because of how I was treated thanks to all the people at Troncalli you guys are awesome 😎
