friendly personal and great business
I’ve been a member at Trona valley for a while now. Today has just been a horrible Monday, on top of everything I forgot about a payment that went through this weekend and couldn’t get money in my account until today, so I was charged a withdraw fee which I didn’t have money for. I contacted them and they waved the fee. I am so thankful this credit union sees their members never do things like that and give them leeway! Thanks Trona valley!!
