I love the staff over at Trona! I've had the pleasure of working with Patricia, she is such a sweetheart, she answered all two hundred of my questions. Then I called near closing inde night to get some assistance and Carly (sorry if spelled wrong) stayed on the phone with me a half hour past closing. Couldn't ask for a better staff here!
First and last time using this place...they tried to charge me $1.50 for using a credit union ATM when I am part of the credit union co-op and then there ATM wasn’t working. I had an emergency and needed cash and instead of trying to help a guy from out of state the rude lady just shrugged her shoulders and said “call your credit union were closing”. Didn’t even offer to help or anything. Very rude and disgraceful service.
