I am a blonde (iykyk),very pleased with Cailey's skills. She did a cut, partial and root tap on my long hair. She was professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon is nice and clean. Although it is not cozy, it does have a boutique feeling that adds to the experience/charm.

I have been a client at this salon for many years and loyal, to each and every stylist (7), but unfortunately I have encountered the need to change stylists on many occasions as they left due to being treated poorly. My most recent visit to the salon was with a new “master” stylist, since once again my previous stylist left, and was left feeling completely mortified by the lack of consideration and disregard that I experienced. The salon itself is so cute and clean. My hairstylist is the best ever and I trust her with any style I want to do. Everyone is very kind. There's no better salon in Jacksonville.
