1st.....I am 72 yrs old and have visited this store before. This salons website states haircuts from $40-$60. After getting in the old dental chair, my 1st request I made to Albert, owner & stylist, was that I wanted a short, messy Look !! So 40 minutes later I have a "do" that emphasizes my receding hairline Bigtime and is NOT MESSY BUT SMOOTH. When I said....this is not Me, it is not flattering and it is not messy, he took the cape off and stated, "well I'm the stylist". He is an Arrogant Fool to treat customers like that.... read more
