Our trolley was rescheduled because their college-aged driver ‘called in sick’. I was told I would get a $100 refund if we moved to a later time. We agreed but had to completely change our plans for the day and one of our party wasn’t able to come, so we lost that ticket value as well. After three attempts to ask about the refund with no response at all, I have to give this tour a poor rating. Had an absolute blast! Danimal was our captain and I do not recall the other captain-we were having too much fun! I booked 2 trolleys simultaneously for a joint bach party. I called and emailed to confirm they would be able to start and end at the same time so we went with the later start time of 6:30. Unfortunately, there was another trolley booked at 8 pm so both ended a half hour early. I do not blame the drivers just hope for future reference booking is blocked off better for larger groups.
Very fun! Would do again. Great way to explore downtown Madison.
