Lazy neglectful property management I’ve lived here for four years now it’s finally time for me to leave my review. This building and the management company that runs it are comical at best and infuriating at its worst. Just this last year we consistently went without hot water for months and it’s such a regular issue that we’ve become used to it at this point. Great on looks, average on living I was living here since a year and then I decided to not renew my lease for another year for some reasons which I will state later. ............ You will be fooled This place looks amazing as soon as you walk inside. The ceilings are wood, the exterior walls are brick, and the bathroom and kitchen floors are "wood". That is what I was told when I moved in. The kitchen and bathroom are cheap vinyl, which is fine, but I wish they didn't lie about it. The worst part is the thin ceilings and floors. I got yelled at at least once a week by my downstairs neighbor for being too loud in the afternoon for watching TV, and I promise you I do not keep my TV on loud. I can hear ... read more
