Found a perfect table for us, outside but out of the rain which came along during dinner!
Unfortunately the restaurant was not very clean at all. The staff seemed so depressed, no positive energy. I watched a man get verbally corrected but loud enough where we could hear it from the kitchen.

A lot of issues with the dinner we ordered. Finally gave up on trying to eat and asked for a manager which took 30 more mins out of our night due to wait staff”not alerting him”
it's a very good place and good food, I can't complain about the time because I'm not the only one eating in this place and pretty view from the balcony.
I get what happens when it’s busy. Service slows down. Understandable. But that doesn’t mean forget about your guests. Also. Please, check your change. Apparently a particular server enjoys “forgetting” to give a little bit back.
Our service was very slow. We were seated 20 minutes before we got our drinks. The only thing our party really liked was the pretzels. Drink refills had to be requested...and then half of us got them. Entrees were overcooked and dry. And the flies inside the restaurant were attacking us while we tried to eat. They need MUCH MORE staff...and more attentive staff.
