Atmosphere was amazing, loved the dungeon feel. I didn’t mind being asked for a credit card even though we was not running a tab but was a little upset when I seen that no one else was ask for a credit card, what was up with that shit, did they think I was going to rip them off? Food was excellent but the bartender never refilled my sons drink and never ask if I needed another beer. Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent variety
We noticed the Troll Pub Under the Bridge on our last visit to Louisville. This trip we wanted to eat something local, so we looked for a place that served KY Hot Browns. We were staying at The Galt House Hotel and the Troll Pub was close & served Hot Browns. My husband & I's food was very good (Hot Brown & Chicken & Waffle Sandwich) We sat in the bar because there was a wait in the restaurant. Food was great love the old brick building and waiter was nice but the smell as you go into the back towards the bathroom was pretty bad luckily our table was by the front door.. Over all the experience was great but they need to get their bathrooms together
This was my favorite stop on the bourbon walk and wish it had been our last. Service was awesome and the staff was friendly! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Louisville!

We were in Louisville at our daughter Air Force swear in after the ceremony we were looking for a place to eat... it was a great choice we enjoyed the atmosphere, the history, beer and the food! Will visit again when we are in the area!
Very cool underground pub marked by a fascinating history. Ask the bartender for a re-cap. Just stopped in for a beer.
