Troll showed up the same day as my Service Magic request to perform my siding repair. They were professional and courteous, and when we had a little miscommunication about the price, they fixed the issue and made things right.
This company power washed the exterior of our family home in preparation for of it being put up for sale. The work was done quickly and professionally. We were delighted with the end result.

I interviewed 3 people/companies to help fix up our bathroom. I hired Troll Home Maintenance because during the walkthrough they seemed very thorough and commited to making sure I was satisfied. We expanded the scope of the project to include some painting in other parts of the house as well. The painting in the other rooms turned out fine. The work in the bathroom was not as good. Trudy was great....Highly recommended.
Trudy is extremely pleasant and helpful. She works very hard and really takes pride in her job. Our house looked GREAT when she was finished. When we walked in the door, my four-year old daughter stated "Hmm, something smells great in here!" I think that said it all! The only reason I didn't give her a five star rating is for the price. I feel like her pricing is a little on the high side, but she does such a great job and really pays attention to detail, so she's worth it in my opinion.
