Way over priced for the quality of storage or customer service. My items were covered in dirt and roaches in the unit. The male was very helpful but the female seemed to not know much. Process are increased without my knowledge. The price is not worth it, find a better place.
Don’t ever rent a U-Haul from them. They’ll add fraudulent charges after you leave. Good thing Im not new to this and photographed everything. Not only did they not document the condition of the truck when I picked up it but I was rushed through signing got the keys in under three minutes. I took photos as soon as I went outside documenting mileage and gas. It was under a quarter tank.
